The Central Park Community Garage Sale is one of the largest neighborhood garage sales in Denver. Each year, hundreds of residents throughout the Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton) participate by hosting individual sales at their homes.
The event began in the early years of the neighborhood's development and quickly grew into a popular community tradition. On the designated weekend, visitors from across the Denver metro area come to Central Park to shop hundreds of individual garage sales taking place throughout the neighborhood.
Because the sales are hosted by individual homeowners, locations vary each year and are spread throughout the community.

The community garage sale is typically held once per year in the spring, usually in early May.
How the Sale Works
Each participating household hosts its own sale at their home. Shoppers travel throughout the neighborhood to visit individual sales.
Cleanup
Participants are encouraged to remove any signage after the sale and properly dispose of or donate unsold items.
